Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

making sure tasks are completed on time by chasing colleagues for their progress. Also looking at project budgets and how we can look to reduce costs to increase the profit margin for that project.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first 7 months of my programme. My employer has been very supportive of me and my development and my workload has gradually increased as time has gone on.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

constantly talking to new people has helped develop my confidence and communication skills. It has also helped me adapt how I come across to different people due to differing attitudes.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme has been structured well so far. Even though this is the first time that my employer has had a n apprentice doing my programme, the structure has been clear and easy to understand.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support if I ever have any issues. I know exactly who to contact and I am confident that the problem will be solved to the best of their ability.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had to change my skills coach due to not receiving enough support. However my new coach has been very helpful in the early stages.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

there are a few modules that link to my job, however there are some modules so far that have no correlation to my job role (e.g. marketing)
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are multiple extra curricular activities that we can take part in such as volunteering and also directors lunches where we can ask as any questions that we want answering
