The role we play means we are committed to developing and delivering career pathways that build, shape and nurture the engineers of the future whilst providing exciting and varied career pathways for those with a passion for engineering.

We offer fully funded Apprenticeships at Level 3 and Higher Apprenticeships at Level 4 and 6, taking between three and a half and five years to complete. We offer apprenticeships in digital, engineering and business disciplines. Our programmes provide apprentices with real roles and responsibilities and support from experts across our business. We have teamed up with both Newcastle and Stafford College Group (NSCG) and University of Staffordshire, where our Apprentices will spend their time studying, alongside putting this learning into practice within our business.
