Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I come to site where I speak to the subcontractors about what they are doing for the days work and then I get everything ready for them, then I go set out any information what is needed. I make sure what they are doing is to the right specification.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme very much it is a fun job and you get to meet so many new people.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills like, how to set out using different ways as well as how to understand construction drawings and linking it back to the specification.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I do my work through Monday to Wednesday then University on Thursday and back to work on Friday. Then I have extra training that Balfour Beatty put on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support you always have someone to talk too no matter if its big or small.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a revision day before my exams as well as support from colleges if I'm struggling.
