This could be improved. I would have liked to have more than one direct reportee to gain different insights on managing various situations.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can't fault my training provider. My tutor, James Macphee, has been incredibly supportive throughout my training. He has been very encouraging and explained concepts in a way that I can easily understand. He is always available whenever I need help and consistently responds to emails.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me perform better by teaching me different ways to do things, not just the methods I've always thought were best. It also provides various options to consider.

Why?
I have completed Level 3 and Level 5 of my course, and I can confidently say that the tutors I have had have made the experience more enjoyable and easier. The videos we are required to watch help improve our understanding of the topics.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kier Group?
It's not too late to learn different ways of managing people and be a better leader, and it's also not too late to go back to studying. While it can be challenging to juggle work, family, and social life, Corndale tutors are the best and will assist you every step of the way. In the end, it’s all worth it.
