Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Talks from senior leaders within the firm. Interactive workshop session lead by heads of divisions. Graduate networking. CyberSecurity online challenges. Coding tasks to do in your own time. These were used to determine who would progress to fast-track internship interviews. Quizzes on content from the speaker's talks as well as commercial awareness. Line of business insights as well as CV/resume workshops for application success.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The information was conveyed clearly and concisely. It was good to hear from a wide array of people from across the firm's different divisions about their own personal experiences in their particular roles.

The company's culture was very highly regarded and everyone that we heard from seemed to echo the company's values.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I very much enjoyed the insight program. It was nice to hear from many different people. I also enjoyed having problems to solve which I could work on in my own time outside of the scheduled events.
