To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I thoroughly enjoy learning and developing new skills. I have enjoyed learning the theoretical aspects of project management while then being able to implement the theory learnt into real world situations.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt a vast array of new skills while also developing my current skill set. Skills of being able to manage project through out the whole project life cycle as well as being able to mange many different stakeholders.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The structure run at Arden can be frustrating, there has been several times where modules are run together making the deadlines difficult to meet. There would then be a large break where there wouldn't be an assignment deadline. If the modules or assignment were staggered this would benefit the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Ibstock have been fantastic. The business has a wealth of knowledge. Whenever i have asked for help everybody has been forthcoming and willing to help where they can. My factory manager has been exceptionally supportive in my development as well as the engineering manager who has been appointed as my mentor. I don't think i would be able to complete the course without their support and assistance
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Depending on the module and the tutor depends on the assistance from the training provider. Some modules and tutors has been good others have been poor. My coach however has been excellent
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification in project management will certainly benefit myself and the business. Learning the theoretical aspect of project management and being able to use this in real life situations has helped in delivering successful projects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is a social club and our factory has help family fun days which is great to be a part of.
