I receive a lot of support to do it, and from the line manager i asked to support me, but the biggest challenge has been supporting myself, to take time out.

regular calls have been plotted in now we are nearing gateway, but these could have been better scheduled in sooner

I 100% back the fact its helped me in my internal and external relationships - it was a great move to get on the apprenticeship.
