Managing the Estimating teams work load and ensuring were return quotations in a timely fashion, and dealing with any issues.

The programme is relatively well structured there have been a few things in the wrong order and I have changed coach 3 times.

The support I have received from my employer at a high level has been good, there are currently a lot of changed happening so it is more difficult at this time.
