Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I look after local and centre driven marketing and set-up support for our portfolio of Bupa Health Clinics. This involves launching new centres, updating customer channels and improving customer experience and increasing awareness and driving leads to local centres.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I would say I enjoyed it somewhat but it has been very challenging and have enjoyed the theory but found it difficult to fit in time within my role to do the written aspects and evidence gathering.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes both. I have homed in on my communication skills and techniques and learned about a number of new approached and tools within my job role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured and organised and have enjoyed the variety of workshops, face to face meetings and 121 support. Reviews and 121 have been regular and supportive and there has always been an agenda of what needs to be covered.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

In have received a good amount of support from my employer and my line managers and colleagues have been happy to help or advise but I do think that the time needed hasn't been factored into my job role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots. Training provider has been on hand in our 121s and is always quick to respond on questions or offer advice when she can. They have accommodated reporting and resolved technical issues quickly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it gives me the skills and theory to draw on as a new manager to help support and develop me in my role with a growing team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Maybe some but am not aware of these.
