Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

working with service users following their care plans and risk assessments, ensuring their safe and well looked after while teaching daily skills, also working with staff planning the day making sure all staff are aware of where they need to be and what they are doing, doing supervisions and looking after their physical and mental well being
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the tutor, the tasks, that it's not all about doing assignments all the time there are other parts to it as well practical learning.

learnt the importance of supervision having a plan in place furthered my knowledge of communication and equality and diversity, among other skills i have picked up.

quite a bit there could be more time allocated to being able to get some done at work however there is a lot to do at work so can be difficult

really well, i think you can have conversation and have it more targeted to the work you are doing and just a standard follow this
