Spend the entire day working on support or developping software as well as completing my apprenticeship responsibilities.

I enjoy it alot as it is progressing my goals whilst giving me long term beneficial skills and experience

I have developped alot of skills in programming, working with many industry standard tooling and services and different programming languages.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is not the most well organized/structured as there was not enough co-ordination between my workplace and apprenticeship to ensure that the things that I am learning in the apprenticeship will be able to be put to use within the workplace in a timely manner. There were times where I had to teach myself something because the apprenticeship schedule wouldn't have me know it for several months before I would need it in my workplace which resulted in a lot of time spent focused on self-taught learning only for the tutor-lead learning activities to be redundant
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support and flexibility from my employer facilitating my needs within and outside the workplace, such as accommodations for religious requirements etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive alot of support, there is never the feeling that I don't have the option to learn something or get a qualification whilst working and learning
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It hasn't been perfectly organized but overall it was well targeted at skills I could need in my role, although the range was potentially too wide resulting in some unnecessary learning being done.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many organised social activities such as board/video games groups or sports activities and tech events fairly often
