Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day job role invoices invoicing for funds, Completing a daily auto cash claim on the Duco system and Completing a manual claim 2x a week. As well as a variety of other tasks to help out the FRP team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a high extent - i think it has all round been excellent especially the support that we are given.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Almost every skill i have learnt has been new to me from basic excel skills to complex excel skills. not only that my networking skills have blossomed since working at man.

Extremely structured as i complete my 4 AAT exams.

Lots of support not only from my manager but from from all of my colleagues.

The best one the the 'Next-Gen' network that Man group provide. it gives younger people within the organisation a chance to network and socialize with people we wouldn't normally have.

Overall, i have had a great experience at man group. I couldn't recommend it more. form the support that we are given to the overall team culture that it has. It truly is an amazing place to work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Man Group?
Be yourself! Don't be afraid to ask questions - there is no such thing as a stupid question. Everyone will be more than happy to help you.
