Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I spend 4 years rotating around various departments on the Poole site, before completing a 6 month specialization period in my preferred role at the end of the apprenticeship.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot, especially working with new people and learning new skills and it is a great way to get hands on experience and education simultaneously
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I developed my communication skills, and also my general understanding on electronic engineering has got a lot better.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is well structured both work wise, and college wise. This is because everything was laid out to me when I started, and the progression over the 4 years is easy to see and understand.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

On a day to day, the support is excellent, as anyone is willing to help with any issues I may have, and they are always willing to give me knowledge to help with my development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good level of support from my training provider in terms of progressing in my qualifications
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are plenty of social activities that take place that you can be apart of, for example the annual football tournament in Germany.
