As a Service desk analyst I handle incoming requests from users experiencing technical issues or needing IT assistance through phone calls, emails, or the ticketing system. I diagnose and resolve software issues by identifying the root cause and providing solutions or escalating to higher-level support if necessary.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
