I support operations across multiple sites, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, and team coordination. Day-to-day, I manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, troubleshoot issues, and guide managers to meet KPIs while aligning with brand standards and strategic goals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’ve really enjoyed the apprenticeship—it’s challenged me in the right ways and helped me grow both professionally and personally. The blend of practical learning and real-time application has been rewarding, and I’ve appreciated the opportunity to reflect, develop new skills, and build my confidence as a leader.

As part of my apprenticeship, I’ve developed leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. I’ve enhanced my ability to manage teams, drive performance, and deliver projects. I’ve also gained confidence in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

I’ve received strong support from my company throughout the apprenticeship. My line manager and wider team have been encouraging, providing time, resources, and guidance when needed. They’ve helped me apply my learning to real situations and have shown genuine interest in my development and progression.
