In my role i oversee the day to day catering and event operations at the stadium, both on match days and non match days.

I am currently studying the level 5 Hospitality Operations Management apprenticeship, which i am really enjoying.

I am learning lots of new skills about operational management within a large events venue, including finance, culinary and business functions.
