I completed a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Project Management, where I gained hands-on experience supporting the delivery of digital and omnichannel projects across multiple sectors. My role involved working on the Time2Eat app, coordinating projects from both operational and strategic perspectives. This included overseeing on-site installations to ensure successful implementation, as well as working in the office to develop core project management skills such as stakeholder engagement, project coordination, planning, and delivery. Through this apprenticeship, I built strong experience in managing projects across different environments while developing a solid understanding of digital solutions, client requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.

During my apprenticeship, I developed and strengthened a wide range of project management and professional skills. I improved my ability to coordinate projects effectively, manage stakeholders, and communicate across different teams and sectors. Working on both digital platforms like the Time2Eat app and physical on-site installations enhanced my adaptability, problem-solving, and organisational skills. I also gained practical experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and overseeing operational delivery. Additionally, I built confidence in balancing office-based strategic responsibilities with hands-on fieldwork, which strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and ability to manage projects in dynamic environments.
