I look after my team of 6 and well as catering for a building for about 450 people, with the potential to cater for meeting rooms which could increase the number a further 200 people.
creating bespoke menu to fit the clients needs. everyday is a new challenge which keeps the team invested too

Marcus Wareing forward programme is a fantastic chance to grow my self and the team whilst also putting back what i have learnt and developed into the business too, its a highly rated programe for only the strong minded as it put you out of your comfort zone to push through your limits and go that extra mile

lots of support from HIT training, with monthly reviews to offer support and check in on how your are coping with the work and making sure i stay on track.

there is so much learnt already that i have managed to put back into my team as well as the site that i work for too.
