As Head Chef, I oversee catering operations at a leading independent boarding school, delivering over 3,000 meals daily across five food outlets and a large hospitality programme. I lead a department of more than 70 catering staff.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my programme. It has developed me a lot to enable me to gain a big promotion, it has also honed my leadership skills.
