Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I closely work with HR assisting with recruitment, fit notes and sickness, casual workers and more. Also working closely with Communications leading smaller projects promoting events and with the office manager mostly covering reception.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoyable - so much support offered and many new friends made!

Learnt the whole new working environment. Learned how to behave professionally under every situation and have gained good It skills.

Very well structured, the college sets everything out straight for me which helps me well as I am neurodivergent.

Loads of support, always accommodating any needs or support that I would need, both personally and work wise.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Loads of support from both my coordinator and assessor, always checking in with me and making sure I’m on the right track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well, has made me understand everything better in detail.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have joined the running club where I run once a week and play football every other week with the departmental team.
