I would say since starting it has definitely improved, it seems like the person who manages apprentices really cares and is looking to improve our programme even more.

As much as i ask for, i remember i struggled with my first project but after a discussion with my skills coach i found that it became alot easier.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I’ve found it to be a very warm environment, i havent explored other areas so i cannot speak for on that part.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Man Group?
Just be yourself and make sure to have a conversation during your interview, you shouldn’t just answer questions.
