Supporting Customers with a range of IT related problems ranging from simple to complex, collaborating with other teams and higher ups, helping out other teams to maintain a friendly and efficient work environment, help out colleagues to keep a good standard of work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as IT is also my personal hobby, it allows me to expand my horizons as well as meet new and interesting people

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned a lot about networking, mobile hardware, became more comfortable with windows systems and Microsoft services

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme has been very well organised, it started with easy topics that eased you into the IT world before explaining and training you up on more complex topics.

i receive however much support i request, whether it be something that 3rd line would deal with or out of personal interest

i receive a lot of support and guidance to be as successful as i can be

I believe that not only will it allow me to be better in my role but it will also allow me to excel and progress in the IT world

I have set up football group within service desk and i'm currently trying to arrange this to be a weekly / bi-weekly session
