Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Process weekly payroll, manual calculations of hours, sending hours, checking timesheets, adjustments, reporting, inputting bonus into bonus sheet, inputting starters and leavers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and feels like an achievement to pass the apprenticeship

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learnt majority of payroll legislation, manual calculations of NI, Tax, pensions and student loans, this helped me grow confidence running payroll.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised, i knew in advance what the learning programme schedule was, workshops were always booed in advance and assessments were marked quickly and feedback was given.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supported me throughout my course, i was allocated work from home days to manage work load and coursework to meet deadlines, if i was strugging the employer would always help and encouraged me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider was very helpful working towards qualifications, we arranged as many revision session s with my tutor as needed and always answered questions if i was struggling.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel more confident working in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

For my professional development I sign up for regular webinars and traning sessions, there are fun run events and charity work to get involved in.
