- Working on NPD/EPD projects
- Working in the kitchen, writing recipes, making up samples
- Briefing suppliers
- Evaluating shelf-life assessments

- Maintaining adequate supply of ingredients for pilot and factory trials

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It is a company with history, and a lot of people have been working at Premier for generations, creating a homely atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and open.
