People skills, speaking to people is a big help as I have a speech problem and it gives me the confidence to speak to strangers and accept you I am

Not much, there is some bits you can add towards, but leadership styles and some of the subjects are a bit pointless.

The team I work in is amazing I enjoy working here but the apprenticeship provider I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
