Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I will get booked on an engagement in advance, meet my team and together carry out an audit. This can last anywhere from a week to a months. Day to day carry out more junior tasks, working from the office twice a week and from home thrice.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
6/10. Actual job itself is not riveting. Only get 22 days of annual leave as a trainee. Little study days. However once a month we have half a day for 'Admin.'

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Teamwork, technical skills like excel, learning in college towards a professional qualification, communication, project management, leadership

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Pretty well. Calendar's are done well in advance so it is clear when college/exams are coming up
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Probably average. Have not needed much support on the whole can't really comment
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Tutors are responsive to emails, skills coaches are also helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Audit is quite specific and niche, so exams regarding tax or business awareness aren't greatly useful. However they do apply to day to day life
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are, not personally involved.
