Usually, I have to greet customers, set up enquiries, book holidays, excursions, insurance, car parking, call customers regarding their enquiries and take payments
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy it as I start off straight in the working environment and I have good assessors who help me complete my work

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Quite well organised, sometimes hard to get work done as I have to serve customers and have them as a priority instead of my apprenticeship work, and can be hard to get assessors to out work on for you as they work with lots of other apprentices too.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have lots of support from my assessor and my store manager, they are both amazing and I know i=I can come to them with nay problems I have regarding anything,
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my trainer as she is always there to help with anything
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps me perform much better as I am constantly learning new things, even things that normal travel advisors don't know which outs me ahead

Yes
Why?
I think its a very good starting point fir someone who wants to be in the travel industry like myself, and also the way things are taught are great, and you earn money straight away
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
Make sure to pay attention during your tasks as they will help you out massively in your end point exam
