As a maternity matron, I lead and manage maternity services, ensuring safe, patient-centered care. I support staff development, oversee clinical outcomes, and enhance patient experience. I promote mental health support, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring mothers receive compassionate, high-quality care during and after childbirth.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my MBA in Healthcare Senior Leadership, appreciating the engaging teaching style and the opportunity to return to education. The interactive learning environment has been stimulating, and the networking with fellow students has been invaluable, fostering collaboration and inspiring new perspectives in healthcare leadership.
