Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I am a clinical admin lead and medical secretary within RCHT, this involves monitoring and meeting performance targets set out by the Trust as well as managing my team for the service. My apprenticeship supports this role and vice versa, enabling me to put my learning into place daily.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoy the programmes, it is well structured and supported

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I have learnt skills in Leadership, Communication, Managing People, Marketing to name a few.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is very well organised and structured, I am able to do this alongside my job, and manage my time well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I know there is support their if needed from my employer, my previous line manager was very supportive but I think perhaps more awareness that employees are on these programmes from line managers would be good.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
A lot of support, there is a huge amount of support given and available to ensure we succeed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
So much better, because my learning is something that I can use every day, it is making me a better manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I am sure there likely is, but working full time and studying, doesn't leave a huge amount of time.
