Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my role as Shift Manager, I take lead of crew members and can efficiently organise and delegate tasks to them. I am experienced in problem-solving, staying calm under pressure as well as being fully trained in food and hygiene safety.
Recently I have taken on a new role within my restaurant heading our SPA group which takes care of maintaining all aspects of Service, Production and Assembly within the restaurant.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
