I have really enjoyed the programme so far. I have had great support from Dunbia and Be Pro Development.

I was new to HR befoer my role so Dunbia has taught me all that i know.
The management team onsite and at Group are incredibly supportive and encourage employees to develop themselves at every opportunity

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. I have support from my manager who blocks time out in my diary which i can study in and Dunbia have bought me lots of books and paid for me to attend further training

The suppor tis unbelievable. They cannot do enough to help and support you throught the programme. I am encouraged to spend time outside of the work place to study and they have given me access to other learners so we can help each other

Be Pro Development have been great. My development coach Sarah is really good and helpful and the tutors have been responsive when I have had questions

We have lots of extra activities such as networking events and we get invited to external events.
We host sporting events and charity fundraising events and I organise events myself for the employees to get involved with
