Taking care of the internal infrastructure of the company, completing jobs for customers through remote work or site visits, helping or doing internal projects, learning about cyber security via shadowing or lessons from my mentor, learning key cyber security skills through the QA apprentices program, studing for exams and tests.

ive learnt how to configure a range of devices from cisco switches to FortiGate firewalls, ive learnt how to care for systems, ive learnt how to respond to incidents and perform risk assessments, ive learnt how to use virtualization and the creation of virtual machines

be yourself, dont stress at the interview and do your research beforehand on what OT is and Tekgem's products (SHIELD, Unity, etc)
