Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves performing work to ensure that our customers comply with the cyber security guidelines and regulations set by the government. Every day I speak to both internal colleagues and external customers, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standard possible. I am tasked with managing customer projects and deadlines, improving my competency in both technical and general skills (e.g time management)

I have developed many basic skills such as communication and time management during my time at Tekgem. Furthermore, I have massively developed my technical skills while at Tekgem, through day-to-day work, apprenticeship work and additional courses.

The programme is mostly well structured, with information and tasks being provided well before the expected due date.

I receive high amounts of support from my employer, as each apprentice is assigned a mentor who is tasked to teach and help their mentee if they are struggling.
