Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is dealing with customer cases under child maintenance service, I work on how money is sent to children living with parents with care to bridge the gap of poverty and lack of care, I take inbound calls and answer queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme very much because of the new information which is very relatable and transferable to my job role, it gives me an understanding how the company operates within the environment as a whole and the impact the the political sector has on the company.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I leaned new skills, active listening and understanding the different ways of finding out the root of a problem and how to find it by using the fish bone technique, and understanding the reason for change and the different types of change like the Kaizen method.

It is structured quite well as every level graduates to a new level which might look like repetition but it all consolidates the learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employer supports me as much as possible, time is given to complete the projects and attend virtual learning classes.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received quite a lot of support and ideas from my training provider in the form of 121 meetings and extra materials and advice.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a sense of confidence and a greater sense of capability with the qualification, I feel more qualified and in tune with my role and how I am to deliver a quality service.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there is an event platform called HASSRA where trips are organised at discounted prices, tickets to concerts at 02 Arena are discounted also
