I make decisions for clients and complete casework. I help to financial support children of separated families. I support and help clients by answering telephone calls.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do thoroughly enjoy my programme and I have learnt a lot of intriguing and interesting skills and I have gained knowledge in various areas relevant to my role.

I have learnt leadership and teamworking skills, which have improved greatly. I have developed on my communication and critical thinking skills. I have also improved my problem-solving and digital skills. I also have a strong work ethic.

I did attend a social group named People Academy, which I found beneficial. My role does offer some extra-curricular activities.

The role is very flexible and the work environment is very good. There is a lot of training provided and also colleagues are always happy to help. Team Leaders are also very supportive too.
