Employer advisor - my current role is to generate working relationships with employers to support the generation of local labour market vacancies for unemployed individuals on Universal credit
To liase with stakeholders, support the growth of the labour market and ensure training and provision is available for all sectors.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my coaching apprenticeship and after a break in learning I am ready to resume.
It hasn’t been the easiest managing workload, learning and external factors however hopefully this will be easier moving forwards

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme structure is fine and learning content is interesting however trying to achieve deadlines and objectives can be challenging with demands of the business and also aiming to achieve functional maths
Navigating The learner platform is difficult and time consuming which adds further pressure to achieve completion of tasks
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been supportive throughout and encourages development
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

All tutors have been supportive in the coaching apprenticeship however balancing the learning requirements meeting deadlines, navigating smart assessor platform all around Full time working has been difficult and at times challenging especially when trying to execute a high standard of work to achieve the desired qualifications and outcome
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a much better understanding and insight into psychological aspects of communication when coaching which has supported my ability to understand how coaching works and this contributes to my overall ability to support positive outcomes for myself and others
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
