Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is managing ad campaigns, including reporting and forecasting. Optimising campaigns for maximum performance. I also communicate and respond to client requests.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my apprenticeship thoroughly, I was given the opportunity to take my time with projects and work in my own way rather than being stuck to one way of learning.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot from my time working here, I have learnt how to communicate for more effectively with people. I have furthered my skills in excel and formulas. I have also learnt specific skills in digital advertising working with multiple different ad platforms.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship was well-structured, we had lessons in place at certain times and had dates on projects, however, there was a lot of flexibility and understanding of due dates.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieved plenty of support from my employer, I was given plenty of time to complete my work and being supported by the managment team was vital in the completion of my apprenticeship.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieved a lot of support from my training provider. They provided help with projects, feedback and how to move forward. They also ensured that there was a good work/life balance and that we were keeping well outside at work!

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps me a lot, having classes with other people thoroughly improved my social skills and it helps me communicate more effectively with clients and colleagues

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have been involved in football the football team, awards shows, charity events.

Why?

Adopstar is a fantastic place to work, the management are always supportive. Adopstar have provided multiple parties for different events. It feels a lot like a family environment to work in.
