Going to networking events and gaining recognition for the company and speaking to potential clients. In the office I was assigned data tasks and sales tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is great. I am learning lots and finding employment difficult, but knowing that I am at a good company with a strong culture and a nice place to work makes it easier and more enjoyable to come into work

I understand my programme and apprenticeship. We have monthly 1-1s and apprenticeship reviews with my teacher

I would say there is some limitations as sales something you cannot really teach

It is a fun place to work where I can grow my skills as a person and earn money. It is a no brainer instead of alternative of university
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Adopstar?
Be friendly and personable. You build the skills in your role but the company culture is most important. One bag egg ruins the whole batch
