Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job involves setting up campaigns for advertisers on our clients sites. It also involves reporting on advertising campaigns to show clients how well adverts are doing, and then acting based off of the results to maximise reach and effectiveness.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job because of the variety and how it can challenge me. Sometimes however, I can find some of the tasks I do repetitive.

Yes, I have learnt new skills on top of the core ones in my apprenticeship such as all around digital skills,

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship program is clearly laid out and organised. I know what is expected of me and what I can expect from the support network around me, goals are set out and clear checkpoints are given to me in order to reach those goals.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I'd recommend Adopstar to my friends because of how supportive they are towards young learners and developing individual skills, Also my colleagues are friendly and the office has a nice community feel to it.
