Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

serving customers in the bureau for their travel money, selling dream holidays and sorting everything else out inbetween
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as it is different to what I have completed before or similar so that I am able to apply my knowledge and learn how TUI do things

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

developed my customer service skills further and up selling. learnt new skills in regards to the bureau and selling currency. I have knowledge of the tourism and travel industry as a whole having travelled myself and studying my diploma in 6th form in school but applying it to TUI has been different and exciting

constant support from my team in store and everyone on trams as well its a positive community

I have only recently joined the programme but appreciate the support from the training provider thus far
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am glad I joined the company through the apprenticeship scheme as it has allowed me to learn and work at the same time and showcase my learnings and skills in my day to day role. without the support I wouldn't be able to provide the best I can without the knowledge from the course
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have attended a new starter training day, team bondings within the store and looking forward to many more
