Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a travel agent for TUI, my day to day work life is greeting customers and helping them find out more information about a holiday and helping with their bookings. As well as this, I deal with money and sometimes handle the foreign exchange bureau which also helps customers be prepared for their holiday with their spending money.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as travel is something I enjoy therefore learning more about it has been exciting

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills such as working out the rate of the pounds to different currencies. I have learnt more information about holiday destinations s I used to work at the airport before, I already had basic knowledge within tourism.
