My role at TUI is a Travel advisor, this means I have many different duties such as selling holidays and ancillaries to customers, making amendments to holidays and ancillaries and dealing with different types of customers daily
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to meet many new people and gain more confidence

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills such as, using different systems effectively, I have developed my multitasking and people skills and my time management skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think my programme is very well structures as I am allowed time to complete my off the job learning whilsyt also developing my skills and knowledge on the shop floor
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive of my apprentice roll and gives me time to complete my extra tasks when needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider always ensures I feel safe in the work place and makes sure she supports me in my learning tasks and provides me with any additional help I need

I would recommend TUI to a friend as it is a very uplifting place to work, it allows you to meet lots of new people and flourish in the work place
