Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basic I deal with customers face to face as well as over the phone. This could be anything from checking them in, booking their holiday, helping with questions or dealing with a complaint. Along side that the jobs for the day are split between each person so I make sure to stay on top of my job. I am also now trained in the bureau so I can sell customers money and buy it back.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my job, it is amazing booking peoples holidays! It can be challenging however I have an amazing team around me to support me. I enjoy dealing with customers over the phone as well as in person and I like that every day is different

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

This is my first job so I have learnt so so much. The biggest obviously is booking someones holiday but I have started from the bottom so even learning how to take a payment was new.I have learnt to deal with challenging customer and learnt how to read my customers. I have learnt how to exchange money in the bureau while staying compliant.
