Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I am a Universal Credit Review agent, where I review claims to make sure claimants are getting paid correctly and to correct any overpayments or underpayments. I request bank statements and ID, help claimants upload documents and support them in any way feasible.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The apprenticeship has been very challenging at times, however have plummeted through.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed an array of skills from customer service to my organisation skills and being able to juggle a case load and the apprenticeship.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The programme is very well structured. However I do wish the learning for the end point assessments was better planned. As in ensuring the coach makes it compulsory on getting the required evidence rather than leaving it to your own devices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer has been very supportive throughout the whole process.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The training provider has been supportive and encouraging however I feel sometimes that too much is expected from us when we only have one day per week.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I have been put in a buisness and admin level 3, when everyone else seems to be doing customer service in my department. So I rarely need to know how a manager works however I have the knowledge there and have the capability to implement it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Yes, we have wellbeing outings and the 'people and engagement group' plan monthly meetings and outings.
