Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am responsible for identifying trends in error of good practice by formulating tools to collate performance information. Analysing this data to make recommendations to the Senior Leaders in the organisation to support improvements and outcomes for customers. This requires collaboration with operational, project, and digital colleagues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really am enjoying the apprenticeship. No doubt it is a very big commitment and takes a lot of self discipline but I can already see the benefits to me and my organisation at the beginning of year 2. A great opportunity.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have gained a broad range of skills particularly in project management. I have also improved my digital skills and can navigate some complex software with the ability to understand how the code at the front end of systems is formulated and influences the output.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Good structure. I am completing a degree apprenticeship so a very tight schedule and monitored to ensure actions are completed. I prefer this to self led as the structure keeps me on track.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have the full support of my employer, and can access additional support if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Full support to keep me on track and wellbeing support available when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I can already identify a number of modules where learning outcomes have and will support my role and organisation going forward. I have a more well rounded perspective of the functions within organisations and how they interact.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Face to face and online networking events and additional online learning are available. There are a number of social groups within my organisation that you can choose to get involved with.
