Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Programme planning, change control requests and dependency management. I engage with project SPOCs, senior managers, other apprentices and communities of practice. I engage with stakeholders and drive improvements in accordance with project management best practice. I am responsible for preparing papers for boards and dependency management is my lead area
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my work on the programme and the people I work with. There is a lot of support available

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed technical project management skills, as well as stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing. I have access to lots of training opportunities and have a mentor to develop my leadership skills

I really enjoy my work on the programme and the people I work with. There is a lot of support available
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my line manager and other managers within my area. They often find and support shadowing opportunities
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

QA support is quite mixed and the information they share can be conflicting, misleading and sometimes contradictory which makes it harder for me to work towards my qualification
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification gives me the technical skills I need to perform in my role and provides me with an overview and bigger picture of the different project disciplines and how they link
