The role is essentially a business development manager, developing and strengthening relationships with our trade partners. the objective is to increase TUI sales throughout trade partners.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the content, I struggle more with the academic side as its not how I work at my best. The coaches are amazing and very supportive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, time management has been a huge learning along with different methods and tools for problem solving. Finance has also been big eye opener, I feel I have learnt a lot in terms of terminology to help with the understanding,

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well organised, monthly sessions were planned in for the apprenticeship at the very beginning so we knew when to expect them. We have communication tools and someone is always on hand for support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I couldn't ask for more. My line manager is completing the same course so she understands the amount of work that goes into it. I am very lucky to have such a supportive manger.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
We have a teams channel, weekly drop in calls, monthly sessions and progress reviews. I don't think we could ask for more if I'm honest.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
All of the skills I am developing will 100% improve the way I do things in my role, leadership is not about just being a great leader. Leadership is everything we do. the tools I have developed will only make me a better leader and decision maker going forward.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are many.
