Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm doing the chartered management degree apprenticeship and my first rotation is in Leadership & Development (HR). This involves admin on high-level leadership programmes, attending face to face events, reporting monthly and being involved in project groups too and networking
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it, the travel, the people and the culture is amazing. It's such a flexible workplace and everyone is so friendly

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Lots of new skills! On my first day in the team I flew out to Hannover for a leadership programme. It's taught me essential networking skills and by watching the leadership programmes i've taken in useful tips for when the time comes for me hopefully

very well organised. TUI have ran early careers programmes for years so it all runs smoothly
How much support do you receive from your employer?

So much support, they are always there
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support considering we only go on campus to uni 4 weeks a year. We have regular calls with our provider
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very useful knowledge that can be applied in many aspects and to many future rotations too
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There's lots on offer, I don't personally do any but we have loads of networks to join
