Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an apprentice travel adviser. I spend 4 days working in the shop learning the role and improving my knowledge and i spend 1 day working towards my apprenticeship on coursework and assignments. The work I do at work is used towards my apprenticeship.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed the programme so far - my apprenticeship coach is the best and supports me through the journey.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many new things from my role, setting a daily routine and interacting with customers. I also enjoy talking to the others who are on the same course as me and discussing our experiences

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. we have meetings regularly to discuss my progress or anything I may need some extra help or time on. I also get my time to complete my work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

very supportive. they help me with any questions I may have and give me time to complete my apprenticeship.

It teaches me lots of important information which I use when talking to customers. Theres lots of topics which relate directly to the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do things to raise money for charity which i can get involved in. My team also goes out together every now and again which is lovley.
