Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work directly with customers from finding and selling holidays, managing admin and dealing with after travel. This is both sales and customer service focused with KPI's to hit in both areas. I also lead an expert role within the team, run team meetings and assist my manager during absence.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have loved it! The catch ups with my assessor have been fun and informative. I have pushed myself further in my role and regionally growing my skills, confidence and opportunities within the company
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Time management has been greatly developed as I work alongside my regular role witht he same targets as if I wasn't on the apprenticeship. Also, my communication skills have grown - I have more confidence to talk with senior team members.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I had two assessors during my time due to the first leaving. The second assessor has made it far more structured and organized - easier to follow a path way with smaller targets goals so a larger feeling of accomplishment
How much support do you receive from your employer?

10/10 could not fault them at all! Support from team, manager, assessor, regional support network - brilliant!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My personal assessor sets up regular calls, structed emails of areas for improvement on written statements, plus she is available for quick help on a personal chat and support team page
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are networking channels within the company that you can join virtually - I am part of a book cub for example. Other social activities are team / store specific. Head office so have more as well where there are a larger number of workeres
